pink tides

Once upon a time there was an adventurous girl named Rosa, with fiery red hair in pigtails and a bright smile. She lived in a cottage overlooking the sea, where the walls were blue like the sky. In her white top and shorts, she often dreamed, kneeling or lying down, arms in the air, thinking of beach adventures.

On a sunny day, she put on her pink bikini with hearts and walked to the beach with pink waves. She stood thoughtfully on the waterfront, water drops on her skin, looking at the horizon. Then she laughed, turned around, sat on a rock and splashed in the water.

She leaned behind a palm tree, with a sarong around her, enjoying the warm sun. Rosa danced in the waves, free and happy, collecting shells and building sand castles. The pink waves whispered: “Play forever!” And Rosa promised: “I'll be back!”
